The prevailing methods for local delivery are:
1) Standard Local Mail (no tracking available)
2) Registered Local Mail (with tracking and proof of receipt)
To avoid any losses, customers are advised to choose REGISTERED MAIL WITH PROOF OF RECEIPT. REGISTERED MAIL can be traced but not Standard Mail with no tracking options. Flips™ is unable to help to track or retrieve items lost in the mail based on Standard Local Mail shipping options.
We use Registered Air Mail service and Air Parcel provided by SingPost and SpeedPost on all international deliveries. Standard shipping time is between 7-15 working days, subject to:
1) Stock availability
2) Method of shipment
Estimated shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Flips™ is satisfied with the integrity of the order. When we receive your order we'll send you a confirmation email of your purchase. This will contain an invoice number of the item(s) and its cost. We also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

All international purchases with Flips do not include your prevailing DDU, duties, VAT or taxes. If your customs office impose these additional charges, you will need to clear them independently with your customs office and Flips is not responsible for your local import duty charges. As we also do not of these fees upfront, we will not be able to advise you of them at the point of checkout. Please check with your local government customs office if you are unsure about these charges and want to avoid unexpected charges.
